NAZWA SZKOŁY - przy rejestracji: nasza szkoła to Szkoła Polska ZPwK w Hill Park.
SCHOOL FEE - w tym roku opłata do HWDSB razem z rejestracją, po wypełnieniu formy na email otrzymacie link do zapłaty, dopiero wtedy rejestracja będzie kompletna i dziecko będzie mogło uczestniczyć w zajęciach.

SZKOLNA FORMA REJESTRACYJNA - Prosimy o wypełnienie dodatkowej, krótkiej formy na wewnętrzne potrzeby szkoły. Nie mamy wglądu do rejestracji wysyłanych do HWDSB, listy uczniów udostępnia nam bardzo późno. Please familiarize yourself with the registration info and completing student registration forms. Necessary links are attached below.
Please find and choose school - Szkoła Polska ZPwK w Hill Park - on the HWDSB registration form.
HWDSB FORMS AND SCHOOL FEE - Please complete all the steps of the registration once it becomes available. Families will receive an automatic reply once they register their child/children with the program. The e-mail will confirm the registration as well as include the program fees payment link that needs to be completed as well.
If your child attends a HWDSB Elementary school currently OR if your child was active in our IILE program in 2023-2024, please use this link.
New students - If your student DOES NOT attend an HWDSB Elementary school or didn’t participate in IILE last year link.
ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FORM - Please fill out the additional short form for internal uses. We do not have access to IILE Program Registrations, we are given the student list very late.
