Please find and choose school - Szkoła Polska ZPwK w Hill Park - on the HWDSB registration form.
HWDSB FORMS AND SCHOOL FEE - Please complete all the steps of the registration once it becomes available. Families will receive an automatic reply once they register their child/children with the program. The e-mail will confirm the registration as well as include the program fees payment link that needs to be completed as well.
REGISTRATION ON HWDSB - to register your child to IILE Polish program please use that link.
ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FORM - Please fill out the additional short form for internal uses. We do not have access to IILE Program Registrations, we are given the student list very late.
